Terms · plain language

The basics, without the maze.

The terms for using our website, learning platform, and programs.

Last updated: August 22, 2026.

By using the Code the Future website or learning platform, or by enrolling in a program, you agree to these terms.

Who can use the platform

The current learner platform is intended for enrolled children ages 8–11 and is accessed with the involvement of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian is responsible for their child’s participation and supervision at home.

Enrollment and payment

Current program pricing is shown on our enrollment page: $75 for an individual module or $225 for the complete four-module journey. A $10 seat deposit, when offered, is credited toward tuition. Enrollment is confirmed once payment and any required information are received. If you need to cancel or have a question about a charge, contact us and we will work with you.

Acceptable use

  • Be kind. Cohort chat is for encouragement and learning; messages are filtered and visible to staff.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Use the AI tools as intended, within the guided activities we provide.

Our content

The Code the Future curriculum, missions, artwork, and platform are our intellectual property and are provided for your family’s personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy or redistribute them.

Availability

We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, but provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or improve features over time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the program grows. The last-updated date will reflect any changes, and continued use means you accept the current version.
